Our Awards

Shining Knight enters the Australian Achiever Awards every year, as a measure of how our company is performing.  These awards are judged by independent people who survey our clients and they focus on seven criteria, each scored separately, namely:

- Time-related Service
- Addressing Client Needs
- Care and Attention
- Value
- Attitude
- Communication
- Overall Perception

The criteria are rated individually in percentage terms and the final score is an amalgam of these. Anything above 80% overall is regarded as exceptional and reflects outstanding customer service.

In 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014 Shining Knight Facility Services won the “Highly Recommended” company award with a score of over 93% for the last 9 years.

Following our first 5 years of outstanding cleaning services, we were awarded with a “Special Commendation” in 2009.

In 2010, Shining Knight Facility Services was a runner up in the Telstra Medium Sized Business of the Year awards, quite an achievement and a proud moment in our history as we were judged against over 730 other quality businesses.
